Returns & Exchanges


REGULARLY PRICED MERCHANDISE - Your complete satisfaction is our goal. If something isn’t exactly what you had in mind, send it back in its unused, original condition within 30 days.  We will issue you SNOAsleepwear.com store credit or refund the original form of payment. Please e-mail call or write to us whether you'd like a refund, store credit or exchange.

If you choose store credit, we will add a $5 bonus to your credit. Please note: Bonus is applied to the total of your store credit, not to each item returned. Orders are not eligible if a previous return against this order already received the $5 credit. Max: Applied to 1 order per 30 day period.


EXCHANGES:  If you’d like to make an exchange, send your purchase back in its unused, original condition within 30 days.  Write us a note with your name, address, phone number, and the garment you would like to have instead.  We will calculate any price difference and issue credit to the original form of payment or provide you with SNOAsleepwear.com store credit. For cost increases, we will charge the difference to an accepted form of payment. For delivery within the continental U.S., the replacement item will be shipped to you via ground for free. You may also choose expedited or international shipping for an additional fee. SAMPLE SALE items may not be exchanged. 

PLEASE NOTE:  Washed, worn, soiled or Sample Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
